Physio360 Therapy Terms and Conditions for Home Physiotherapy Services:

1) About Our Services

Physio360 Therapy provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, including (as applicable) home visits and clinic/online consultations. Services may include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cupping therapy, hijama therapy, and other wellness/rehab services as displayed on our website.

2) Eligibility & Patient Responsibility

• You confirm that the information you share with us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You agree to follow reasonable instructions provided by the therapist for safe treatment and progress.
• If you have serious symptoms or a medical emergency, you must seek urgent medical care.

3) Assessment & Treatment Plan

We typically begin with an initial assessment to understand your condition and goals. If you choose to continue, we may recommend a treatment plan. In some cases, we may decide that treatment is not suitable or must be referred to another specialist/provider.

4) Sessions, Scheduling & Conduct

• Sessions are scheduled by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our booking/contact process.
• Session frequency and total number of sessions may vary depending on your condition and progress.
• We may pause/stop a session if we believe it is unsafe, inappropriate, or if instructions are not followed.

5) Fees & Payments

We may accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Cash, or other methods displayed at the time of payment. By booking any session with Physio360Therapy, you agree to these Physio360 Therapy Terms and Conditions.

• By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• If a payment is declined or reversed, you remain responsible for the fee.
• If a third party (e.g., insurance) is paying, you are responsible for any unpaid balance or excess.

6) Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Late arrival: Your session may end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late.
• Cancellation: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply
  (up to the cost of the session), depending on the situation.
• No-show: If you do not attend a booked session, you may be charged for that session.
• If we cancel: If we need to cancel, we will reschedule as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the cancelled session.

7) Results & Service Limitations

Results depend on multiple factors including condition severity, medical history, and adherence to the plan. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. If there is a long gap after your assessment, we may request a reassessment.

8) Intellectual Property

All website content (text, logos, images, and downloadable materials) is owned by or licensed to Physio360Therapy. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.

09) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

10) Confidentiality

We treat your personal information as confidential and only share it when required for treatment, with your consent, or as required by law, or when necessary to protect safety.

11) Data Protection & Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for details about how we collect, use, and store data.

12) Early Termination of Services

We may terminate services in exceptional situations (e.g., safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, conflict of interest, or medical unsuitability). Where applicable, we will refund any advance payment for sessions not yet provided.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts as per applicable law.
